Legacy Food Storage: sizes and calories

Legacy publishes a cubic-foot figure and a total calorie count for each package but no length, width or height. That is enough for a volume check and a cost-per-calorie comparison, not for a true shelf fit. Its 120 Serving Entree Bucket was the one Legacy item a second seller matched on every number.

Cubic feet per 2,000-calorie day

Legacy's premium packages are the densest food here by volume: the 240 and 360 serving packages work out to roughly 113 to 115 cubic inches per 2,000-calorie day. The numbers come from the cubic feet and calories on the maker pages, divided out on this site.
